Shot LA Paparazzi Still Has Pellet In His Leg

The metal pellet is still in the leg of Brad Diaz, the photographer that was shot in front of Britney Spears house during her baby shower.

What is disturbing is that the Malibu Sheriff Dept. made statements that the pellet caused only an insignificant injury and only required a band-aide. The Malibu Sheriff Dept. sounded more like a publicist for Britney Spears instead of an impartial office looking for truth and justice in the incident.

Doctors have been afraid to remove the pellet for fear of doing more damage to Brad Diaz leg. The pellet probably is in deep. And, only after the many press inquiries about the shooting did the Sheriff Dept. reluctantly decide to assign an investigator to look into the incident.

Of course, the investigator will find nothing. The Sheriff Dept. has no love for the Paparazzi and no interest to hurt their relationships with the celebrities of Malibu. To repeat, of course the investigator will find nothing.

The Sheriff dept. does not seem to care that a weapon was fired at a human being. Yes, no matter what the Sheriff Dept or Hollywood thinks Paparazzi are still human beings. And, they should be given the same protection as the Sheriff Dept. gives the celebrities of Malibu.

If it was a pellet rifle and if it was shot at a distance into the group of photographers the pellet rifle was most likely aimed higher then where Mr. Diaz was hit in the upper leg. The person who fired the pellet probably aimed at Brad's chest or even his head. That is just basic physics. The longer the pellet travels the more it will drop towards the ground.

What would the Sheriff had said if Mr. Diaz would have been hit in the chest or the head. Probably it was still insignificant, because it was Paparazzi that was shot. Hey, one less Paparazzi to deal with.
