Seal is Concerned About The Paparazzi

Singer Seal who is married to model Heidi Klum is concerned about the Paparazzi who chase his pregnant wife Heidi Klum and him in Los Angeles. He is afraid that eventually there might be an accident similar to the Princess Diana Tragedy that ended with her death in France. He fears for his wife and unborn child. Heidi drives around LA by herself and is chased by some of the more aggressive Paparazzi.

Seal had an altercation with a Paparazzi photographer in New York when the photographer apparently tripped and pushed Heidi's Mother. Seal became very angry screaming and cursing at the photographer.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Together In Malibu

Angelina Jolie and her son Maddox and new adopted baby are staying with Brad Pitt at his Malibu Beach house near Broadbeach Rd. And, the Paparazzi are 5 deep on the Pacific Coast Highway waiting to catch a glimpse of the two of them. At times there have been up to thirty Paparazzi vehicles waiting near Brad's home for both of them to come out so they could be followed and photographed.

Brad has been coming out of the house on his custom motorcycle. He is being chased everyday by a convoy of photographer vehicles as he usually heads into Los Angeles. Brad tends to ride the motorcycle at high speeds, especially when he is chased by the photographers. It is a very dangerous situation.

He has asked the Malibu police for assistance with the Paparazzi, but there is only so much the police can do. We hear that they have tried to block and prevent the Paparazzi vehicles from following him, The photographers have resorted to spreading the vehicles all over the PCH, on the way towards Los Angeles. When Brad rides by the photographers join the chase.

Angelina has tried to lesson the intense interest of the photographers by making a couple of appearances in the Malibu and nearby Calabasas shopping centers carrying her new baby. Lot's of photographs have been taken, but it hasn't lessoned the frenzy.

The photographers are still keeping a vigil hoping to get the star couple together.

The Celebrities Are at War With the Paparazzi

It is war in LA between the celebrities and the Paparazzi. In the last two weeks the celebrities are telling the photographers that they are fed up and are not going to take it anymore. And, the anger towards the Paparazzi has never been so intense.

Ashton Kutcher had a run in with a paparazzo who just wanted to take his photo. It seems that Ashton was in no mood and wasn't going to have it. When the snapper started taking photos without asking, Ashton saw red and decided to take the matter into his own hands. He physically went after the photographer who was still in his vehicle grabbed the photographer’s shirt and ripped it right off the photographers back. It was all caught on video tape and is being peddled to tabloid TV.

Cameron Diaz was with some friends this week when a paparazzo started taking photos of her. The "Charlie Angels" star got pissed and started kicking him with her foot. She ended up kicking him 3 times before leaving. The photographers all know Cameron is not nice when it comes to the Paparazzi. She has had run-ins with a number of photographers and is getting meaner and meaner with the photographers.

Lindsay Lohan seems to be fed up with the ever present Paparazzi. A few days ago she was out with friends and a few photographers started taking her picture. She also had enough with these guys and picked up a glass bottle and hurled it at a photographer, hitting him in the chest. Lucky for her, the photographer was not hurt.

And, Hugh Grant who is known to be downright nasty to the Paparazzi was on Robertson at the Ivy restaurant when the photographer’s spotted him and tried to take his photo. The Ivy is famous in LA. It is the place for the Hollywood movers and shakers to be seen. It is known that a good number of photographers hang out there in the afternoons. Celebrities who want to be photographed always go to Robertson near the Ivy. So, Hugh should have known better.

He went after one unlucky photographer who was snapping away but stopped before any blows were thrown. And, while leaving in his vehicle swerved and hit a photographer with his vehicle. The shaken photographer is deciding whether he going to sue Hugh. It was also caught on videotape and was shown on some of the tabloid TV shows.

The celebrities are frustrated with such an intense microscopic look into their lives. And, they seem to collectively decided they have had enough.

NY Times Article on the Paparazzi Wars is Accurate

There is a Great Article in the NY Times about the Paparazzi Wars in LA. The article is called, Eye vs. Eye: Inside the Photo Wars By DAVID M. HALBFINGER and ALLISON HOPE WEINER, July 17, 2005. go to www.nytimes.com and do a search for paparazzi to find the article.

The reporters talk to Frank Griffin of the Bauer & Griffin LA photo agency. Griffin loves to do interviews with anyone that will listen to him. He is British and an arrogant, nasty person and I think the article shows this. People wonder why there is so much trouble with the paparazzi in LA. I think it is because of people like Frank Griffin and the other agency owners who have put too many photographers on the streets of LA in order to get more and more photos.

The bottom line is these owners are greedy. The agency owners want to make as much money as they can. It is the American Way. This is funny because most of them are Europeans who have found gold in the United States. And, this gold brings out the greedy and nasty side of these people. They will claim they are just businessmen who are profiting from all the interest in celebrities. They hide behind the 1st Amendment when in fact that they are just snake oil salesman.

The Paparazzi business is such an overcrowded market that the photographers now fight each other for a photo. And, they have lost sight of right and wrong because they are trying to make a living and need to get paid by these agency owners. And, in order to get paid the photographers need to constantly bring material to the agencies. And, the photographers will get the photos by any means possible. If that includes speeding recklessly or running red lights and stop signs on the streets of LA, they do it to feed themselves and make the agency owners rich.
